Steps
- Turn the ribs over so that the white membrane is facing up. Try using the point of a thermometer at the corner. Start separating the membrane from the ribs and pull it completely off the ribs and discard.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- With the ribs facing up, wrap them in tin foil and add 1 tablespoon of water in the wrap.
- Place on a baking pan
- Put them in preheated oven for one and half hours.
- Add sauce and enjoy.
Tips
- Open it up about 15 minutes before they are done and add your sauce at this time. It will cook the sauce in the meat a little bit.
