- 150 g carrots

Steps
- Slice the carrots into thin slices using a sharp knife.
- Heat the oil in a large wok. Add the meat, onions, and garlic. Fry for four minutes.
- Add the carrots, peppers, mangetout, and asparagus to the wok. Fry for an additional five minutes.

Tips
